VIPCLUB is the controller for the processing of personal data described in this statement. You can reach us at info@vipclub.network.
What we process
We only process what you give us yourself when you apply or get in touch: your name, your email address, and, if you fill them in, your telephone number, your company name, your role, your preferred tier and the note you send along.
Why, and on what grounds
We use this data to assess your application and to contact you about the membership. The ground is your consent, and where it concerns preparing or performing a membership, the performance of a contract.
How long we keep it
Applications that do not lead to a membership are kept for twelve months at most. Member data is kept for as long as the membership runs, and after that for as long as a statutory retention period requires.
Cookies and measurement
This website sets no cookies and uses no visitor analytics. There are no third-party scripts on the pages, and the fonts load from this website itself rather than from an outside party. If that changes, this statement is updated before it goes live.
Sharing with others
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties, other than the parties we engage to keep this website and our email running. Agreements are in place with those parties about how they handle your data.
Your rights
You have the right to see your data, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to the processing. Send a message to info@vipclub.network. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
