1. Who we are

These terms apply to membership of VIPCLUB. You can reach us at info@vipclub.network.

2. The membership

The membership runs for a year and comes in four tiers. Every tier includes everything in the tier below it.

• MemberEUR 5,000 per year
• ExecutiveEUR 10,000 per year
• CircleEUR 20,000 per year
• Principal SponsorEUR 100,000 per year

3. Admission

The advisory board and the management team assess every application and decide who is admitted. An application gives no right to admission. The number of seats is limited to one hundred; once that number is reached, applications close until the following year. For the Principal Sponsor tier a maximum of five a year applies.

4. Access to the gatherings

A valid member card gives access to the gatherings that belong to your tier, at no extra charge. The form, the length and the location of a gathering are decided each time and may differ.

5. The QBANC account

An Advanced QBANC account with a debit card comes with the membership. The QBANC terms apply to that account and that card; they stand separately from these terms.

6. Still to be settled

The following points will be settled before these terms are final:

• the notice period and how to give notice
• the payment term and what happens if payment is late
• what happens if a gathering is moved or cancelled
• the limitation of liability
• the rules of conduct during a gathering and the consequences of breaching them
